New Braunfels means jobs. At least according to a recent Forbes.com article listing the top cities in the US for getting a job. Texas dominated the top 10 with San Antonio, Austin, Houston and Dallas all making appearances. But the No. 1 city in America for getting a job is New Braunfels. With a handful of Fortune 500 companies headquartered nearby, a blossoming tech industry and a revitalized energy industry all adding new jobs, it looks like New Braunfels is well-positioned to bounce back from the economic slump in a major way.
