Shinyribs packs Timber Ridge Park with inspired show during Vintage Oaks' Summer Concert Series

The Hill Country continues to be a hotspot for Texas music and Timber Ridge Park at Vintage Oaks is its favorite new venue. As part of the community's Summer Concert Series, favorite Texas band Shinyribs played to a packed crowd on Tuesday, July 14. With hits like "Satellite" and "Sweet Potatoe," guests danced on the vast lawn, swung from the century-old oak tree, and sang along while taking in the beautiful Hill Country scenery. Guests also enjoyed a variety of tasty food and drinks from Bayou J’s Cajun Kitchen, Lady Picoza’s street tacos, Pure Aloha’s shaved ice, and wine and sangria from Dry Comal Creek while rubbing elbows with Texas Music Scene and Texas Music Magazine. Shinyribs lead singer Kevin Russell was on the cover of Texas Music Magazine this month.

Texas singer-songwriter Jack Ingram kicked off the concert series at the park for Vintage Oaks residents, landowners, and guests, giving an inspired show at the beginning of the season. The concert series is expected to return to Vintage Oaks with a whole new crop of talented musicians next summer.
