Future Vintage Oaks resident J.R. Martinez celebrates the community.
It’s almost Thanksgiving, and this year Vintage Oaks has more to be thankful for than ever. Its been a banner year here in the Texas Hill Country’s premier community, as sales have been unprecedented, new neighborhoods have opened, and two American heroes were welcomed into the community, joining hundreds of ecstatic land owners and residents.
On the heels of Silver Oaks and Champagne Hills, both recently opened in the community, two additional new neighborhoods are being introduced at Vintage Oaks to meet buyer demand:
- Vineyard Ranch will offer larger lots from five to 14 acres for custom homes
- The Reserve offers homesites and ready-made home design for a quick move-in
With a variety of offerings including wooded, cul-de-sac, and view homesites in both gated and non-gated neighborhoods, in addition to an ideal array of resort-style amenities and a wonderful Texas Hill Country location, Vintage Oaks is inspiring land buyers to give themselves the best gift of all this holiday season: a dream Texas property.
We are thankful this Thanksgiving at Vintage Oaks for record sales, with more than 100 homesite sales recorded through Oct. 31, 2013. Even more impressive, 20 percent of those sales came from land owners and resident referrals, an extremely high percentage for the housing industry.
After a year that any community would envy, Vintage Oaks is proud to be “The fastest growing community in the Hill Country,” according to Metrostudy, a national housing market research firm. The fastest-growing community title is based on year-to-date sales numbers for Vintage Oaks.
Home To Heroes
Vintage Oaks is proud this Thanksgiving to be the future home of Army Specialist Cody Nusbaum, whose mortgage-free custom home is currently being built at Vintage Oaks. Nusbaum’s home is being built in partnership with Operation FINALLY HOME (OFH) as well as the Structural Building Components Association (SBCA), National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) Building Systems Councils (BSC), and the members of the New Braunfels Home Builders Association.
Nusbaum was severely wounded while serving a tour of duty in Afghanistan in 2011, and suffered life-threatening injuries including a shattered hip, a broken calf, a severed femoral artery, at least 11 gunshot wounds and grenade fragments. Although he was expected never to walk again, Nusbaum will walk right into his Vintage Oaks home soon.
Joining Nusbaum soon as a Vintage Oaks resident will be American hero, Army war veteran, Dancing with the Stars Season 13 Champion, and star of the TV show "SAF3" J.R. Martinez. Martinez bought two homesites in a gated neighborhood at Vintage Oaks, where he plans to build his dream home in the Texas Hill Country’s premier master-planned community. He was welcomed home to Vintage Oaks by more than 150 of his fans and future neighbors in June during a book-signing event for his new book, “Full of Heart.”
