Vintage Oaks’ doors are open! With food trucks, wine tastings, and more than 15 Hill Country homes open to tour, the Community Open House will be THE place to be on Saturday and Sunday, April 6–7, from 11am to 4pm.

This is a great opportunity to see why Vintage Oaks has been the fastest-growing community in the Hill Country for the past five years. Homes ranging from 2,100 to 4,000+ square feet and priced from the low $400s to $1 million will be open for touring during the event, including new model homes and beautiful move-in ready homes. Guests can also tour a variety of Hill Country homesites from 1–14 acres and priced from the $90s that allow them to buy now and build on their timeline, and also visit all the resort amenities that help make Vintage Oaks such a coveted place to live.

Those amenities include multiple pools, a lazy river, sport courts, ball fields, five miles of walking trails, and the Tuscan Clubhouse. The brand-new 7,800-square-foot Fitness Club has added large indoor/outdoor classrooms, a lap and fitness pool, Precor cardio and Life Fitness weight equipment, a hot tub, group exercise classes including yoga, water aerobics, and boot camps, and locker rooms.

In addition, Vintage Oaks offers:

  • A year-round calendar of community events like the Annual Summer Concert Music Series, Trunk-or-Treat, Wine Night, and more
  • Highly-rated schools
  • A desirable location in the one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation with easy access to San Antonio and Austin
  • Breathtaking Hill Country views
  • No city taxes
  • Fiber Optic Internet
  • Natural Gas and Propane
  • Choose your builder and build when you're ready
