Dining out in New Braunfels means having your pick of an ever-growing array of top local options representing everything from casual local favorites to fine dining to national chains. The Gristmill

The Gristmill has long been a favorite Hill Country restaurant, and has won numerous awards for its food and atmosphere. A huge menu, a location right on the river and next door to the famous Gruene Hall, and a family-friendly environment draw locals and tourists alike.

Longhorn Café
