New Braunfels residential community Vintage Oaks at the Vineyard recorded its best quarter since 2008.
Over the three months ended March 31, 2013, Vintage Oaks at the Vineyard reported 44 lot sales — which represents sales of more than $3.5 million.
Initially, officials with the community had stated that the latest figures mark the highest-grossing first quarter for Vintage at The Vineyard since 2008. The company has now confirmed that the latest numbers represent the highest-grossing sales quarter for Vintage Oaks since 2008.
Vintage Oaks is a master-planned community spanning 3,200 acres of land along State Highway 46 and FM 3009. The community is located in New Braunfels, and it is owned by Dallas-based SouthStar Communities.
“SouthStar is proud to announce that first-quarter lot sales at Vintage Oaks broke all records for the past five years,” says Thad Rutherford, senior vice president of SouthStar Communities. “With 44 lot sales totaling more than $3.5 million in the first quarter of 2013, Vintage Oaks at the Vineyard and SouthStar Communities are seeing unprecedented growth.”
Vintage Oaks at the Vineyard entered the market in 2006. Since then, it has grown to boast more than 200 homes.
“Throughout the past year, Vintage Oaks has experienced increased interest from buyers, and we hope to continue to set new sales records,” Rutherford added. “The platting and development process has already begun for the next phase of development, which will expand the community by 125 home sites.”
