Ryland and Weekley and The Reserve:
The Reserve at Vintage Oaks is introducing a new product line — a home-lot neighborhood offering homes by two renowned builders, Ryland and David Weekly Homes.
In the past, Vintage Oaks offered homesites on which residents could build a custom or semi-custom home.
The caveat to this route: The time line.
“We have welcomed a record-number of young families to the community recently, and we have met many more young families who didn’t have the time to build a custom home,” explains Thad Rutherford, COO of SouthStar Communities, the developer of Vintage Oaks. “We saw an opportunity to help these young families live in Vintage Oaks, and enjoy a quality new home even sooner.”
The builders’ homes in Vintage Oaks will be priced from the $400,000s.
Rutherford continues: “We identified two builders with a track record of success to deliver homes that meet the high quality standards and timeframe that defines our younger purchasers.”
Vintage Oaks is one of several luxury communities developed by Austin-based SouthStar. The master-planned neighborhood spans a total of 3,300 acres along Highway 46 in New Braunfels.
