SouthStar Property Management is the new managing agent for Vintage Oaks. Halloween Trunk or Treat
On Halloween night the Vintage Oaks Clubhouse parking lot was full of little trunk-or-treaters from the neighborhood, eager for candy and goodies! The kids enjoyed a hayride and meeting new friends. There were creative vehicle decorations, from scary skeletons to movie themes and the votes were close, but in the end Jim and Denise Brownfield took first prize in the Best Dressed Vehicle Contest!
Annual Holiday Party
Owners in Vintage Oaks gathered for the Annual Holiday Party at the Clubhouse on December 5, 2015. The kiddos enjoyed sledding down the real snow hill, meeting Santa and getting their picture taken with him, some for the first time! The whole family joined in to take silly pictures in the photo booth.

Welcome Home Crawford Family
On Friday, February 19, Vintage Oaks welcomed home Afghanistan veteran and American hero U.S. Army Specialist Michael Crawford and his family. Supporters carrying flags lined the streets as New Braunfels High School Performing Arts Choir sang the National Anthem and Winell Herron, H-E-B Group Vice President of Public Affairs and Diversity, presented Specialist Crawford and his wife Loren with the keys to their beautiful, new home. Operation FINALLY HOME and H-E-B joined together to build their fully furnished, custom-built, Smart Home for this deserving warrior.
The home is tailored to Crawford’s specific needs through the use of integrated robotic technology systems and is the first of its kind in the state of Texas to be designed and built by H-E-B in partnership with Operation FINALLY HOME. After all the sacrifices made by the Crawfords, this uniquely outfitted home will make everyday life a little easier.
