For the second year in a row, community developer SouthStar Communities won the prestigious Grand Developer Award and one of its Hill Country communities, Vintage Oaks, earned five honors at the annual Summit Awards. Vintage Oaks’ newest amenity, the Fitness Club, was honored with the award for Best Common Area-Facility.
The awards ceremony took place recently at the Omni at the Colonnade in San Antonio. The Summit Awards were introduced in 1985 by The Greater San Antonio Home Builders Association as a means of recognizing the “builder, remodeler, developer and associate members who have achieved excellence in the industry.”
