COVID-19

We are monitoring state and local guidelines to protect the health of our residents, staff and guests. A quick summary is here; 

• Vintage Oaks pools & Fitness Club are open, following social distancing guidelines. Fitness Club classes have resumed with limited capacities.
• Offices are open, following social distancing guidelines. Appointments are encouraged. 
• Homebuilding and landscape/hardscape construction activity in the community continues.
• Real Estate professionals are touring guests using separate vehicles and maintaining social distancing protocols to accommodate the individual comfort level of each staffer and guest.
  • Appointments are encouraged, but not required.
• All of our offices have been treated with a 90 day preventative antibacterial treatment, and high-touch surfaces are sanitized throughout the day.  
  • At this time, our offices are not open for public restroom use or to serve as meeting rooms for community builders or other vendors.

Neighbors for New Braunfels

The New Braunfels and San Antonio Food Banks have been tremendously stretched, seeking to serve more families in need. SouthStar created the Neighbors for New Braunfels program to allow our employees and property owners to help these critical services. Through February 2021, we've donated over 155,000 meals to New Braunfels Food Bank. 

Trail Treasures – residents have been painting rocks in the form of animals, artwork or inspirational sayings to create a great discovery for those practicing social distancing on our 5 miles of trails.
