New Property Owners Welcome Reception

The Social Committee would like to cordially invite you to attend a New Property Owners Welcome Reception on Saturday, October 13 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Vintage Oaks Wine Room located at 1250 Via Principale.

The committee will be hosting a short presentation of all the exciting social activities and events currently being offered at Vintage Oaks. The presentation will be followed by a brief introduction to the community covenants and new home construction process.

Wine and light hors d'oeuvres will be served prior to the presentation. We look forward to welcoming you to Vintage Oaks as we believe that active and involved residents are essential to creating a strong community!
