Whether you already live at Vintage Oaks and want to take a look at new Quick Move homes available for immediate move-in, or are considering a move to the fastest-growing community in the Hill Country for five years running, Saturday, Oct. 20 is the day for you. Vintage Oaks is celebrating its Community Open House from 11am to 4pm with tours of model homes, new spec homes, and beautifully finished custom homes, plus fall fun with pumpkins for the kids to decorate.

Come explore what makes the Vintage Oaks community so ideal and so beloved. Tour more than 15 Hill Country homes from 2,100 to more than 4,000+ square feet and priced from the $400s to over $1 million. Be sure and stop by the Welcome Center for a map of homes. Guests can also enjoy food from local food trucks and pick pumpkins from our pumpkin patch.

If you’re visiting Vintage Oaks for the first time or have never seen its famed resort amenities, you can also get a look at why features like the multiple pools, lazy river, sport courts, ball fields, and walking trails are so coveted. Vintage Oaks property owners will also be onsite to talk about neighborhood exercise groups that have formed around popular activities like pickleball, yoga, water aerobics, and walks along the community’s miles of trails.

In addition to the Quick Move homes available, the 3,900-acre Vintage Oaks masterplan offers 1-14 acre homesites from the $90s for those who want to build a custom home in the community. Owners also appreciate the great location in fast-growing New Braunfels with easy access to San Antonio and Austin and year-round calendar of community events like the Annual Summer Concert Music Series, Trunk-or-Treat, Yoga classes, and Wine Night.
