It’s been another fantastic season of the Vintage Oaks Summer Concert Series, and you won’t want to miss our last concert of the year. Rising star Chris Colston will perform live at Vintage Oaks’ Timber Ridge Park on Wednesday, Sept. 18. RSVP today to ensure you’re able to be a part of this popular event.

Colston will take the stage at 7pm, but you’ll want to arrive early to get a good spot on the lawn or on the swing under the 100-year-old oak tree and grab dinner from one of the food trucks! Then it’s time to dance up a storm and sing along in the company of great friends and neighbors. This event is family friendly and BYOB, but no pets, please.

About Chris Colston

An East Texas native, Colston has been playing music since he was seven years old and received his first drum set, and he formed his first band at age 17. Now, he’s earning fans with his unique brand of music, which he describes as, “gritty Texas roots combined with a little blues and rock n’ roll.”

Colston lit up the Texas/Red Dirt scene with his EP, “Gone” last year; It has nearly one million streams on Spotify. Chris Colston’s newest single, “Bonnie & Clyde,” which dropped mid-August, is another hit. “The combination of cranked-up guitars, heavy drums and sultry vocals that put Colston on the map with his previous project “Gone” have made their way onto his newest single, and it’s exactly what we were hoping to hear from the East Texas Native,” said Texas Music Pickers
