SouthStar Communities, developer of the Vintage Oaks community, also won the prestigious Grand Developer Award for the second year in a row at the annual awards ceremony, which took place on Saturday night at the Omni at the Colonnade in San Antonio. The Summit Awards were launched in 1985 as a means of awarding the “builder, remodeler, developer and associate members who have achieved excellence in the home building industry.”
